30-Day Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• unworn, unwashed and unused;
• with all original tags attached;
• in its original packaging;
• accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items that show signs of wear, washing or use, or that have had tags removed.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Hygiene-sensitive items, such as intimates, whose seal has been broken after delivery.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at support@olivia-mary.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. Wait for our confirmation email with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
3. Ship the item back and send us the tracking number.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
To get a different size or color, return your item under this policy and place a new order for the item you want.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not shipped yet. Email support@olivia-mary.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can return it under this policy.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us at support@olivia-mary.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and do not send the item back before contacting us. We will offer a replacement, a repair or a refund, and we cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
